Ingredients

  • 6 apples
  • 6 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 sprinkle cinnamon
  • 6 tbsp butter
  • 1/4 cup raisins

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven on to 350 degree.
    Give your apples a good rinse under running water.
    With your apple corer, remove and discard the apple cores.
    Tear off six pieces of tin foil that are each large enough to wrap your apple completely (approximately 12 inches by 12 inches).
    Set an apple in the center of one piece of tin foil and wrap the apple completely with the foil. Continue to do this for each apple until they are all wrapped individually in foil.
    Place 1 tablespoon of butter inside each apple and gently push to the bottom of the apple.
    Put 1 tbsp of brown sugar inside each apple.
    Put 1 tbsp of raisins inside each apple (optional).
    Next, place each foil wrapped apple onto your baking tray making sure that there is at least an inch or so of space between each apple.
    11. Place the baking tray in the oven and bake for 30 minutes or until the apples are softened.
    12. Let cool, remove apples from tin foil and enjoy!
